People Forget About Their Goals

 

Moving people into the habits for deliberate progress and growth is challenging. 
They literally need someone to say.....  How's it going?

You look like you're a little discouraged. 

One of the biggest levers in creating change is to help them... 
Get a clear vision of their future.

People get disconnected from their vision. 

Their vision is small because they think of themselves as small. 

One of the biggest levers into creating change is to re-engage them in their vision. 
People get disconnected from their vision for themselves and their families

They need high clarity vision and their ambition must be high enough for them. 
Meaning the vision is appropriate for what they want for their future. 

Not based on what they thought their capabilities was or what their parents
were or what their life is... 

But based on what they wanted from life. 
 You move on each day toward what you want. 

It's your turn to be focused and move into the future more full, 
more happy, more fulfilled driven.

This is the movement toward your future. 
When you speak to them, are you hearing clarity or complaints? 

The problem with complaining is that it is so socially acceptable. 
You start the complain train and everyone hops on board. 

When someone starts complaining...
 

And you let them know by questioning them, listening to them and letting 

them know that they don't have clarity in their thinking. 

They will talk about what they want and what they don't like. 
Many have lost Faith in God and blame Him for their troubles. 

God is the supreme being, creator of the Universe and main object of faith. 

God is considered to be perfect in power, wisdom, and goodness,
and is worshipped in all Faiths as the ruler of the universe.

In Judaism, God is also considered to be unique, benevolent, eternal,
and the ultimate source of morality.

In Islam, God is said to be forgiving, and mercy is what leads people to paradise. 
Reflect on what they tell you and ask questions. 

Maybe they need some discipline. 

You say... Tell me about that. Reflect back what you just heard. 
Maybe you are disconnected from your vision about what you want in life. 

As a spiritual coach, you're trying to get them to a higher level of ambition and drive. 
When they say... I don't feel like it, your job as a coach is to tell them... 

Go Do It Now! 

You're not their friend. You are their spiritual coach. 
Being their friend is not how you are going to get them to transformation. 

As a spiritual coach, your job is to move them. 
You need to show them why they Can Not Dwell. 

You're going to hold them to a higher standard and vision. 
Who they are. Who they are trying to become. 


What are their strong points so you can move them into becoming 
their better self with God's (and your) help. 

Are they aware of who they are? 
They need to think, to need, to desire, to dream. 
 
Your job is to help instill Self Esteem and Self Actualization. 

They have been beaten up by life and many times they think 

to low of themselves. Their vision is lacking and their ambition is to low. 

This is most people. 

Most people are struggling with themselves... 
I am lazy, I am fat, I am not that smart, etc. This is no good. 

You have to be aware of it. The skill is to learn how to listen... 
And then push them through. 

Coaching is very dynamic and a listening process - going back and forth. 
Pushing is getting the client to generate options for themselves. 

That's what coaching vs consulting is. 

If you're consulting, you're probably going to give them the solution. 
If you're Coaching, you help them generate options for themselves. 

You're not pushing them toward an answer. 
You're pushing them to generate solutions for themselves. 

To generate options, new ideas, different perspectives. 

You're not their friend, you're their spiritual coach.  
You need to make them better in the future. 

Describe the behavior in the future that would manifest that. 
Most people are doing things but they are not developing. 

A lot of coaching is helping them to develop their skills. 

Are you going to take a coarse? 
Are you going to get a mentor? 

Are you going to get some consulting on chat? 
Are you going to read a book on that? 

I hope we had some value and distinction today,
but I did notice you didn't talk about developing any skills 
to manifest your future. 

I've heard some things that let you survive today. 

But if you're going to work with me, and that's your choice, 

that's one more reason we should work together. 

Most people will tell you how they feel but not what
their Contribution of Service to Others will be. 

We want to make sure their contribution is forward facing. 
YOU are the role model. 

In this model mindset, you are providing service. 
A mindset of contribution rather than solving a problem. 

        And this happens when you're connected to higher power

 

The way to get more people to follow your brand and get more from you, 
is Not to be the person solving problem, problem, problem...   
 
- There has to be aspiration. 
- You are selling vision 
- You are selling a higher level of ambition. 

Don't forget opportunity sells just as much as problem handling. 

Top coaches understand the problem of aspiration,
not commoditized problem solving. 

Spiritual Problem Solving is not potential unlocking. 
Help your clients dream and envision in a different way. 

We live in the future. 
Help paint the picture of a brighter future. 

People think they want to work with a coach for problem solving. 
But you want to move them up to Spiritual Vision and Ambition. 

Positive Framing and Processing. 
People work through their thoughts. 

Understand your client and not just content and solutions. 

If you can get people to think out loud intentionally, to frame their challenge 
and help them work it through to a positive place. 

Give them the process to generate their own thinking. 
Getting them thinking this way speeds up the ideations and breakthroughs. 

Use Psychological Levers to help them with clarity. 

- Debriefing 
- Processing 
- Generate 

As you move people through this process faster... They Value You More 

 

Movement through the session faster is a super-power. 
Get them to be back in command of their Spiritual Life 

The rest will fall into place. 

We want to see people have more power in their lives 
and more capacity for doing the things they love. 

 

 

A Spiritual Coach is not solving their problems, but just asking logical questions 
in a conversational style, helping them feel understood and getting excited. 

They will match your energy and mirror your emotion. 
So be mindful of how you appear to them. SMILE. 

If you're going to be a Spiritual Coach...
You need to open up your face.
 

Not too serious, and bring enjoyment to the process. 

You're going to have to remind yourself to Have More Fun.
People want to work with people, not AI. 

Enjoyment together is a human thing. 
Maybe they fooled themselves into thinking everything is so serious. 

Your job is to de-fool them 
Tell the client... I know you don't think life can be fun. 

I know what you're going thru does not feel fun... 
But here's what I can promise you. 

When you do the work with me, I'm gonna do the work with you 
and we are going to make it fun. 

If we are going to do this, we are going to enjoy the process. I'm going to challenge you, you're going to challenge me. 

We're going to level up with each other. 
No one is leveling you up, that's why you are still on the call with me. 

The difference this time is that you are going to enjoy the process of 
growth, gritting and grinding through the obstacles. 

No More Burning Out!

The enjoyment of the process coaching is why I'm here. 

If they should say something that's brilliant say...
Hey, that's why I'm here. Write that down. 

Peak the tone, make a joke. 

They will come to the sessions because they can't wait to tell you 
all he things they are excited about just from the last week's conversation. 

This is meaningful work... Changing People's Lives. Giving people vision. 

Reconnecting them to their Spirit and helping them to achieve greater levels 
of appreciation, fulfillment and enjoyment of life. 

Nothing is better than coaching people to improve their lives. 
There is something in your heart that says... 

"I actually want to Serve the Lord by helping and serving other people." 

When you can help someone to make better decisions, 

you become one of the most valuable people in their lives. 

Many of your clients have wealth so don't bring your hang-ups about money
into the business. Your internal fears and insecurities are not market realities. 

Charge More. Get over your money stuff. 
Your money stuff is not their money stuff. 

Don't sell by the session. Sell a coaching package where you can 
charge more money. It might include a course or something else. 

Think about the length of your program. 
A good rule of thumb... Start with an 8 or 12 week program. 

Spiritual Coaching and Transformation is about progress, fulfillment, 
momentum and because it is, we want to have an outcome. 

You are going to take them through a specific agenda 
and the agenda is new every week. 

Each session has a topic, such as clarity. 
The whole session will be about clarity. 

Don't be average. 
Keep your client on task, not Captain Random Coaching. 

Before they ask about the topic, you share why it's important in your life. 
It sets the frame in the beginning. Your first 5 minutes sets the tone.

 
You don't have to entertain them. 

You have to set the frame of enthusiasm and importance.
