Fear is a natural response to the unknown. But for those who belong to God, fear is not meant to lead our lives. Faith is. Throughout Scripture, especially in the Psalms, we see a repeated pattern.

The people of God cry out in fear, distress, or danger, and God responds with deliverance, peace, and strength.

This 7-day journey is not just about feeling better in difficult moments. It is about building a life that stands strong when fear rises.

We will walk through some of the most honest and powerful Psalms where David and others chose to trust God in the middle of overwhelming circumstances. They didn’t pretend everything was fine.

Instead, they anchored themselves in the truth of who God is.

Each day includes:

• A teaching to strengthen your faith through Scripture
• A devotional reflection to apply the truth personally
• A prayer prompt to help align your heart with God's
